Delivery stats are updated on a live basis. We update the counts and statuses as soon as we get receipt from the gateway, however there are times we never receive the status update after sending, so to keep all stats accurate, click the Refresh Statistics button.
To refresh the statistics, follow the steps given below.
1. Navigate to Log and select the Group SMS Outbox option from the Actions drop down list.
The group SMS outbox list will be displayed.
2.Click Refresh Statistics button in the row of the group for which you wish to refresh its statistics.
The statistics will be refreshed for the selected group.
